It should be done at around noon. That's a 4.5lb chicken double wrapped in aluminum foil, injected with creole butter and rubbed with some garlic/salt rub. There are 17 briquettes in the bottom of the can. It's been cooking since 8:30ish.

basically. I added some aluminum foil on top of everything to kind of seal it off and keep the heat around the chicken more. Although, the chicken shouldn't be touching to coals or it could burn. I've also flipped it twice to try to achieve more even cooking.
