If I turn CPU pass error or shooting error from 50 to 60, does that make them more or less accurate?

Yea that's why I'm confused. I mean things like pass Speed and injury Frequency are obvious, you make it higher for faster/more. But standing alone Pass Error seems like if you make it less it would happen less, but that's like opposite of most of the stuff...
