how much of the 30-60 is mandatory? is it a minimum of 30 years served or is it eligible for parole in 8 years?

How would he replicate his hideous behavior in prison. He has no access to children there.
In a failing economy with millions of people struggling financially we decide it is a good idea to pay for room and board and healthcare for criminals for the remainder of their lives. I still do not understand this. There should be a definitive and strong stance on sentencing that is unquestionable and non negotiable. There should be a board behind the judge just like the big board behind the registers at McDonalds. Big Mac= 3.75, Fries = 2.20, Rape = Death, Murder = Death, Sexual Child Molestation = Death, Aggrevatedd Assult = 5 yrs, ect.
