Wait, I thought we found out that Frank was Charlie's dad cause he had an old fling with Charlie's mom. Same episode that Dee and Dennis realize Frank isn't their dad. Can anyone confirm or deny?

I don´t think they´ll reveal charlie has a different father. It´s better left unsaid, but understood that frank is his biological father. And as of now that is definitely to be assumed.
