RD loans extended? (for you mortgage officers) (Posted on 10/8/12 at 3:06 pm)
About a month ago I saw the rural development loans were ending on October 1st. However, it appears they have been extended again. Is this extension for a full year through 10/1/13?
Planning on buying in May next year and hoping this option will be available.

yes its been extended every year they run out of funds toward the end of the fiscal year. they also froze the RD property guidelines which had alot of people nervous.
