He seems pretty aggressive with a stance on Iran that seems to imply we will get involved militarily or support Israli military actions to prevent a nuclear Iran.
Also, wants to get involved in Syria by sending arms.
What are the boards thoughts on this?

(CNN) - Mitt Romney will seek to bolster his foreign policy credentials in a major speech Monday, two weeks before the GOP presidential nominee takes part in a presidential debate focused on security.
In his remarks, set to take place at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Romney will address the ongoing unrest in Syria, calling for the U.S. to "work with our partners" to help the opposition and "ensure they obtain the arms they need."

Had not thought of that. Probably will be well received well in the FL jewish community, but he probably has that vote on lockdown as it is.

Who? The majority of American Jews will likely vote for obama. Israel may be more important to American fundamentalist Christians than to American Jews.

As long as we don't send in troops or use American airpower for strikes then I have no problem with sending arms to the rebels. Let them kill each other.

I have no problem with supporting Israel in a military strike, again as long as it doesn't involve US troops.
Let's look at the excerpts from his speech.
"General Marshall once said, “The only way human beings can win a war is to prevent it.” Those words were true in his time—and they still echo in ours." Yep, sure seems like he is going to use the speech to be gung-ho about rushing off into war
"I will not hesitate to impose new sanctions on Iran, and will tighten the sanctions we currently have. I will restore the permanent presence of aircraft carrier task forces in both the Eastern Mediterranean and the Gulf the region—and work with Israel to increase our military assistance and coordination. For the sake of peace, we must make clear to Iran through actions—not just words—that their nuclear pursuit will not be tolerated" a show of force does not equal use of force. If our goal is to rid the world of evil people we have really done a poor job of it and have completely ignored large swaths of the world.

Seriously?? Draft deferments are legal are they not? And you leave out the FACT that he was eligible for the draft and his number was higher than was called. He was only in France for one single deferment. Others were academic deferments.

1. you are right there there has been much failure in our foreign policy throughout the years
2. our goal isn't to rid the world of evil people; that is impossible, but it is to work at preventing evil from gaining so much power that they can commit genocide not only in their own lands but across the globe as well.
I realize the unicorn dream is to sit back and do nothing with the belief that it's never out business, and I really do wish that were true. The reality of the situation is that there are powerful factions in the world with no regard for human life who will seek to acquire as much power as possible in order to dominate and destroy all who are opposed to them. It is the duty of the world powers to prevent this from happening, and it is impossible to do this without the force and commitment to using this force as a backup to the promise of repurcussions laid out before the murderous powers.

That makes a lot of sense because the U.S. has never experiences blowback when sending weapons to help Muslim rebel groups fight their wars. After all, Americans would never hold animosity towards a country that sent weapons to folks who attacked us.

You're contradicting yourself. When you receieve a deferment, you're not eligible for the draft.
