Gonna try this again. 
I love lean muscle on a guy. I've never been attracted to the huge body builder types. All of the football players in school were like brothers to me, but the baseball players always did it for me.

Difference for women and men is the weight they are lifting. Men go for bulk or mass which requires heavy weight, women go lighter for more lean tight look. Doing heavy weight squats sucks I would much rather do low weight but legs won't grow doing that. I see dem ladies doing legs all the time. Me like

I guess it depends on what your goal or reason for lifting is. Now, I don't work out with near the weight I did when doing it for strength while in cheerleading, gymnastics, etc. I use much less like you said mainly for toning, but am thinking about a more rigorous program one more time before I get too old.

I'm in and out. Hubby just left; woke me up in the process. For me, chronic insomnia comes in waves & can last up to 2 mos. at a time. I've got several alarms set to make sure if I fall asleep, I can get up to get my son ready & take him to school.

I work nights and days so there are good sleeping months and bad ones. This month hasn't been to bad for sleep. :yay:

I got a schedule that works for me and in all honesty I would prefer to stick to one either nights or days but the plant has had this schedule forever. I am out.

used to do them regularly..now just do them once in a while so I'm not running all the time...damn good workouts and lots of GIYP
