I took a job about a year ago working shift work, all 12 hr nights. Giving up every other weekend and driving 50 miles one way. Probably wasn't the wisest of choices, but I wanted to try something new. Upon further review I believe I am just a 5 day 8 hr kinda guy. I'm glad I left the last job in good standings.

when i finally changed jobs and started working "normal" hours, my sleep pattern was thrown off for about a month

It's raining outside. My dog is snoring next to me, I'm getting pretty sleepy. I wasn't able to catch the presidential debate, but it sounds like Romney "won." Probably voting 3rd party so it really doesn't matter. A cup of hot chocolate sounds good right about now. I wonder if I have any marshmallows, that'd really make it worth my while. Probably shouldn't though, I already ate a piece of cake tonight. I wonder who's playing on monday night football tonight; I'm tired of watching football but I'll probably still watch it anyway. Well, that's about it.
