I'm looking at something really simple, basic, something which will increase flexibility and do a little cardiovascular too.

I'm starting to do it, and I'm not gay.

A lot of rookies never seen the movie Colors, with Sean Penn.

I did ashtanga for a while and that shite was no fricking joke. That first class was complete torture for me. I seriously almost walked out less than half way through. It's "hot yoga" and I was damn near slipping off of my mat. After buying a better (and longer) mat and towel, the classes were much better and I became limber as frick! I highly recommend it!

I have Parkinson's and for flexibility, strength, etc...you can't go wrong...Yoga is tremendous! Tai chi is good too! Try Yoga a few times, then decide. Even if you are in good shape, you will be humbled trying to move and hold positions the way the vets do. You will meet lots of hot women too!

Ray Lewis and Johnathan Vilma do it, as do most pro athletes!

Primos and Hemingway are the most legit I threw out there. Samuel Clemons would be another good one to cite.

Agreed. I laughed out loud thinking of Primos doing yoga. quote:

The guys in yoga class tend to fart more than the girls.

Twain wouldn't have done yoga. Absolutely no way. And yes, the thought of Primos doing yoga is hilarious. Granted you and I are probably the only people in this thread that will get that.

He was pretty ahead of the times. Him and Hemingway would definitely have done it for the poon and stories.
