And yoga = 
But it's hard. It's a little too much for me. I went infrequently and my body is not very stretchy. And, at least at the places I went, the hotties were sparse.

There's different kinds of yoga.
Hatha Yoga is lots of energy centering and all that. It's a good stretching routine though.
Bikram Yoga is IMO perfectly legit. It isn't about stress relief at all, you will get a good cardio workout simply because your heart is desperately trying to cool you down.
