I lived in Chatsworth, Ga for 2 years, 87-89, and have visited a couple times since then. I love the area, but I think I need to be further north.

I've been to IUP several times.. I hope you have a job if you plan on moving up there.
I've lived all over central PA. If you can find a job, it's a great place to live.
If you do move out there, you wouldn't be far from Punxsutawney which is where the ground hog day thing is. You will also be surrounded by cult like PSU and Pittsburgh steelers fans. Just south is Latrobe home of the steelers camp.

FWIW, I currently attend Univ. of Scranton through an online education program. At the conclusion, I can opt for certification in the state. Will definitely have to check out the state to see if I might be interested in moving.
