I could see this scenario possibly (crackpot as hell here) If it came down to Jaime protecting Cersei from Ser Barristan after Ser Barristan began slaughtering the Kings Guard during a sacking of Kings Landing, a face off in the throne room maybe pure awesomeness especially if Jamie somehow slayed Ser Barristan and then killed Cersei or vice versa.

That's entirely possible because he does have a fair amount of disdain for her at this point. He flat out refused to go to King's Landing when he knew she was in trouble this last time.
I can't wait for Jamie's arc to play out on screen. I love the 180 you have over his character.

I can't remember what page we discussed it on but we fleshed that one out quite a bit. There's some theories as to Sandor fighting UnGregor at some point (maybe as champions in Ceresi's trial) and that's what will do her in.
That's also a theory that it could mean little sister instead of little brother and Arya could be the one that does it.
All kinds of good crackpot stuff.
