Well we've established my team always sucked so I was forced to keep shitty players and just hope I could motivate them again to win it all despite their shortcomings.

you're final 2011 team didnt suck.
you're starting 2012 team wasnt very good and in the end proved to be true
not sure what you are getting at. Good luck next season, i hope you make some better moves and return to prominence
