I wanted to try out Diablo 3 so I went to create a battle.net acct and it said my e-mail was already associated with one. I have never used battle.net so I thought this was a mistake. I searched my e-mail and found out that in July of last year someone named Zhang created an account with my e-mail. I'm not sure if he was able to verify the account or what and I don't know if this should be a concern at all for me. Also I am not quite sure how to resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

DO the forgot password deal. They email the link to the attached email...
reset the password...
download the battle.net authenticator for your mobile phone...
attach to account...
Play D3...
youll be dissapointed in 2 weeks and this will all be moot

I just got the starter edition, I don't have a great desktop so I am playing on low settings. Does your internet connection speed matter if you are playing solo? I'm not sure if I am being limited by the graphic card or the fact that the internet speed is the cheapest level.
Also is D3 that disappointing? Should I just try Torchlight?

D3 has garnered some ill-will on the gaming board. Torchlight is D3 with more useless loot strewn about.

Played Torchlight II. I'm looking to be 4-1 in my money league and I'm 2-2 in my other one. Bye weeks for DMAC and Calvin Johnson hurt me in 2-2
