I hate to break it to you, bro, but everyone in this thread is fricking with you. Every single one. There is no name change form. There are no premium or platinum memberships. The most helpful post in this thread was probably the guy who told you to press alt-F4, which kills your browser.
On the bright side, someone who can change your name might see this thread and feel sorry for you and change it.
