Dinner for 2 after the game (looking for suggestions on what to make)

I figure the game will end fairly early today

Looking to make a healthy meal for 2 people. Was thinking probably just one meat or fish protein and some vegetables

Seems like the easiest thing of all time but I keep drawing a blank. I think I've had my fill of steak and salmon lately.

Maybe something with seared Tuna? Any ideas?

Do you have access to haricort verte(Wally world carries portioned bags in the produce section)? A very nice and easy veggie that is very utile with many forms of protien, just blanche, drain, saute with almond slivers, S&P(white if you have it). Two other simple sides in terms of not being labor/time intensive are honey and butter glazed carrots and boiled potatoes with butter and chopped parsley. Sometimes simple is a blissful thing to do, and all of those above would do well with the Tuna.

What about baby bok choy?

They have a store nearby with this stuff. Any idea on how to prepare that?

I had a Vietnamese fish dish yesterday cooked in a clay pot that was amazing. That's what I would make. Unfortunately, I don't know how.

I'm only being partly smartass. If you have Asian cooking abilities, that might be an idea.

A colleague with me had a bitter melon dish that was good. But you better like that stuff.

Chopped, lightly stir fried with onions(onion first), and a drizzle of a basalmic vinagrette.

I usually turn to rasamalaysia.com for Asian recipes

I haven't been on there in a while. I'll look into it if I can find a fish that won't kill me
