| This 5 trillion dollar tax cut the D are talking about (Posted on 10/5/12 at 11:53 am)
What taxes are being cut and for how long a time frame to get to that number?

ask Romney. look at the transcripts of his primary debates. says he will lower taxes by 20% for all. and will END tax on inheritance. that's special, for his Bain friends.

Why should an inheritance be taxed? It's already been taxed once.

Would you put a tea stamp on the arse of everyone that has departed even after they paid taxes on the goods all the days of thier lives? You are one of the reasons that the Dems have any representation in Congress. Both them and you have never seen anything that shouldn't be taxed over and over, so that revenue just allows them another dollar to mis-spend, as it certainly is not towards the DEBT or DEFICIT. Some genius you and they are, a tax cut to the both of you is actually a continuation of taxes at the same level TARD.

Again I will ask you, are you poor? Are you dependent on taxpayers for your income?

ANd I will take this nonsense as a sign you have no idea what tax the Dems are talking about cutting. I saw the numbers yesterday Wick, and most of it is stuff that was put in motion by the previous administration they are trying to claim, then alot of whats left is a real tax cut either. That was one of the lines from the debate that was proven untrue.

You are lying again. He said he would lower the income tax RATES by 20%. And he would make up the revenue by removing deductions. The total package would be revenue neutral. Are you purposefully obtuse or are you just being your usual stupid self?

well he wanted something akin to a 20% reduction of income tax. And the 5 trillion figure is based on it being extrapolated over 10 years To make it income-neutral, Romney proposes to eliminate tax loopholes but there are questions on whether that is truly feasible without expanding the deficit. For those who didn't follow the debates, check out factcheck.org. They go through all of the claims by both parties so it could be helpful if you had a question on what was said and its feasibility.

Yes Seriously this is the same crew that claimed that another extension of the Bush tax cuts (which Obama did in 2010) is a "tax cut" fricking dishonest at best

20% across the board. 5T over 10 years. However, his actual proposal is 20% rate reductions offset by eliminating deductions. Thus basically revenue neutral. But, the democrat spin only counts the rate reduction half of the equation. So basically Obama and friends are lying.

Romney isn't saying what he will cut. He really doesn't have a plan except for his rich $50000 buddies. He plans to lower the tax rates by 20%. I've been a tax preparer since I was 16 years old. I would love to see how that's going to work. Someone will get screwed and it will be people in the middle. The numbers just don't add up.

Yes they do. More people entering the workforce and growth in the economy will cover in difference in revenue required.

No they don't. He also wants to increase defense spending. If the tax rates are lowered then you will have even less people paying taxes. That's the 47% he belittled. He claims it's revenue neutral, where will all these new jobs come from? You can't run the government like a business. There's no real profit. Governmental Accounting LSU. Please show me the true numbers. I've been waiting. I guess I will see it when he's elected. It maybe too late but I have no fear I survived Bush for 8 years, I will pray every day for my mother in LA.
