| Where's the outrage on Ross' time granted in 2nd? (Posted on 10/5/12 at 9:01 pm)
Then homers on next pitch. Game is a laugher if he doesn't get 4 strikes.

he didn't know it was going to be called...it's kind of a reaction when the ball is thrown.

You're not allowed to discuss that call.

the ump obviously didnt announce it, otherwise Ross steps out or makes no effort at swing horse shite call that braves fans ignore, doesn't help the narrative

Which is the funny thing about it. We got jobbed and nobody gave a shite. But seriously though, lets take the win and move on. It turns out the right call was made anyways.

Fact: time should've never been granted that late. I'm protesting

I agree, just hypocritical to ignore that call.

No doubt time shouldn't have been granted. And nobody is making a big deal about because A) who makes a big deal about a call that went against the team that won? And B) there was another play that was a tad worse than the other one that perhaps stopped a potential big inning. And the runner interference on Simmons, while technically correct, runners are taught to do it because it is almost never enforced. Shitty time to start making that call. The umps in this game reminded me of my bosses; they feel like they have to do something to justify their enormous salaries, even if that something is detrimental to the company.
