I have lots of "crushes" now (although as an adult it's far less innocent than it was as a kid ). If I had to choose which ones I crush on pretty hard these days, I guess maybe Katy Perry:

as a kid it was definitely alyssa milano for someone close to my age, and elle machperson or christie brinkley for someone older than me.
now there's so many.
i loved salma hayek in her prime. and i'm all about scar jo. if i had to go with someone who i think is considerably younger than me now i'd go with minka kelly.
