He doesn't own those tickets. A former player on the '58 Championship team does. He bought them from him for this year.

To the OP. You have amazing seats for sale (among the best), but you have far too little exposure on this site with people willing to pay that amount.
Firms and companies by those types of tickets off StubHub and Ebay alike and write them off for taxes for entertaining business expenses.
