answer my first question. If the bill of rights ,in your own words requires students to be free to wear what they want to school,how then can a school require standardized uniform code?

Are you defending what the teacher did, or just blaming the kid for wearing a fricking t-shirt? It's free speech dude, what don't you understand? She didn't wear a shirt with a Swastika on it, it was a fricking Romney shirt!
You can also say, "None of this would have happened if she had worn an Obama shirt."
