Not sure what the quest line is, but you have to find the crater where the city was before it took off. Travel down and you find that one area from the videos with the green chemical lakes and whatnot. Think it's a level 15 or 16 quest.

I'd have to find video of that or take screen shots. It's at the end of these parallel mine tracks. They end up at a door that doesn't open. Look to the right of that and platform over to a small cliff leading into a cave. You'll see minecraft looking blocks at the entrance, and you'll have to melee them to break them.

Annoying part about farming them is once you clear out the first wave of creepers (they're not hard to kill), and then the Badass, you'll have to log out and log back in for them to respawn. Problem is that you'll end up at the beginning of the area and have to make the run again.
