Roddy White + Cedric Benson for LeSean McCoy. Benson would never make my starting lineup, but he'd probably be the other guy's RB2 or flex. Roddy's my best WR, but I'm confident enough in my other guys to trade him away. Non-PPR. Fair trade? Who do you think comes out on top?

If I owned McCoy I would not do it, but it depends on what else I have at RB and WR....
Of course news that Starks is going to start getting some carries may diminish the value of Benson

I have Rice and McFadden at RB and Wallace, Lloyd, and Britt at WR. He has Lynch and McGahee at RB and only Garcon, Hartline, and Dez Bryant at WR. Our league uses 2RB, 2WR, 1Flex. I think it'd be a win-win. He needs help at WR, and McCoy would be a big upgrade to my team. Plus, the idea of starting Rice, McCoy, and McFadden is the stuff that dreams are made of.

If I had McCoy I wouldn't take that deal. I think you're going to have to give up a little better than Britt. Honestly you would probably have to offer Wallace and Benson to have a shot at that trade going through.

You're right my bad. That's not a horrible trade offer, but I still don't know if I could accept that trade if I owned Lynch. Just submit it and see what happens.

His lineup goes from
Lynch, McGahee, McCoy, Garcon, and Dez
to
Lynch, McGahee, Benson, White, Dez...
He basically has to ask himself - is the upgrade from Garcon to White worth the downgrade from McCoy to Benson? To me the answer is an emphatic no
