I'm leaning toward pizza on the grill. Going to try gruyere cheese, fennel, and prosciutto

I'm grilling with a Florida fan and one of the items was gonna be grilled zucchini. I'm thinking of cutting the zucchini to build a gator out of it. I've seen it done but it might be too much trouble/stupid.

Lump crab and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms. Then firing up the grill with four gorgeous New York strips. Some cheddar cheese and bacon stuffed jalepenos on the grill as well, along with some corn on the cob.

I like cream cheese too, but I'm using cheddar for two reasons: 1. I already have cream cheese in the baked mushrooms. 2. I like the way cheddar tastes when it has some smoke from a grill. That and the smokiness from the bacon makes it a nice flavor.
