I'm sure there are some nice places in Louisiana, but it's definitely not in the Morgan City area. Forget going to NOLA unless for a Saints game, and I wasn't super impressed with BR the couple of times I was there in the last few years.
It also doesn't help that I spent a month or so straight surveying the levees from BR to Morgan City one summer.

And I'm not knocking where anyone lives here. It's always different when it's "home", and when we left, I hated it so much. Couldn't wait to be able to move back. Just not the case any more.
