I scanned through the thread and saw that nay a person was voting for Obama. Some even had strong feelings against him. Others offered the notion that neither was satisfactory. Only once did I see an intellectually charged alternative: vote third party and vote libertarian. If any one party is more pro-OB, its the libertarian party. frick both of these guys.

I am with the third party, frick both of them. However the stakes are so crave and BO being re elected would be so damaging I think no true American can afford to vote other than Romney.

Lesser of two evils approach? Sure man. Nothing against that opinion. I just think that if more people started to vote with their convictions instead of accepting the turd sandwich in lieu of the douche, we could actually make some progress. It's a snowball effect. Once people see the a third party alternative is viable, then more people will tack on and kick the habit of voting diarrhea soup over shite stew.

Same here. I can almost guarantee that 90% of us align more with Gary Johnson than either of the two, but this isn't the election to "prove a point" by voting third party although I'm considering it.
I'd love to see a strong conservative push after this election. I'd be 100% for it and actually get involved.

While I agree, we have to be realists here. People are too influenced by the mainstream madness to ever consider this. How honest and sincere elections prior to the television must have been.
