quote:I respectfully requested a trade from the GM at the end of year 2. They were making no moves to get better and I was wasting away on a team loaded with PG's. They traded for another PG after my rookie year. We had 3 in the 75-80 range. So I was getting a lot of minutes at SG. 6'2 SG's don't work out so well. But yeah, needless to say I shite my pants when he got me into Dallas and I saw Melo on the roster.
Did you request trade or did it just happen?
quote:I think they got it just right in this game. In 2k11 it was way too easy to cut inside. In 2k12 is was pretty much impossible to cut inside. This year I've had a lot of success running the pick and roll. Both for assists and freeing myself for open shots. If you want points, boost up your shot off dribble, and shoot in traffic then live off of coming off screens with the ball. Get the timing for your leaner down and you'll have a pretty effective way of scoring. They AI will eventually catch on and will start sending two when you call for the screen, that's when you hit the guy rolling to the basket.
My biggest problem is that pass and cuts don't seem to work for me. I pass and then try to cut but get bombarded by the d and stuck in a 5 second animation trying to fight a guy off.
NBA 2K13 has pop-youngling Justin Bieber as a hidden character. This is not a joke.
The warbling pop singer revealed his inclusion on Twitter, “Shoutout to @Ronnie2K for putting #TeamBieber in #NBA2K13. Im running the pt. #SWAGGY”
