| Let's rename the Poli Board (Posted on 10/3/12 at 12:40 am)
to the "right wing extremist board" or "we hate Obama" board until the day after election day. It's really out of control these days IMO. When I first signed up here there were actual legitimate, intelligent discussions and I enjoyed reading it. Now you can't post anything that isn't conservative without getting berated or attacked.

Well most of the board is probably made up of people from Lousiana. How as that not expected?

I hear you. I'm well aware that I live in a very red state. LA is the only poli board admin that I'm aware of. I haven't tracked his actions at all, but I have seen him start several threads that indicate he has a pretty conservative bias. I think the board would benefit from having another admin with a more liberal or neutral mindset to negate any bias. Just my 2 cents on the matter.

How about you recruit some of your liberal buddies to sign up and join. It is an open site. You know they are free to join too maybe make it a little more "fair", but let me guess you'd rather a hand out from the admins.

Leave it be. There is still some decent discussion there. You just have to cut through all the nonsense.
And save the "I'm a Republican" talk. Like me, you may be a registered Republican who'd rather shoot himself in the nuts than become a democrat, but you'll never pass the poli-board litmus test unless you:
1. Think Ayn Rand's philosophies are actually practical and reasonable
2. Think Obama is a racist, gay, America-hating, Muslim spendthrift who wants to destroy the country and/or kill whitey
