the *soft* factors include briefly: home field, revenge game, & team experience. also, as an ND fan who watches their games repeatedly, Purdue was our strongest competition to date.

Normally I don't lock in plays this early, but I grabbed Temple at +4 before it moved any more. Temple looking for its first win in the Big East. South Florida is on a 3 game slide and is beat up after they gave their all last week against FSU.
I also like Air Force -9.5 but thinking about possibly teasing. Navy is so bad. I have watched 2 of their games this year.

Navy is horrible but I don't know anything about AF.
I also lean pretty hard on Clemsons side this week

Air Force looked like a damn solid team when they played Michigan. The only thing about the spread is that Navy is used to practicing against the option and 9.5 seems a little risky. I have no doubts Air Force wins though.

Only Thursday night play for us will be Utah - USC under 48. Simple 1 "unit" wager.
I may tail Rocket's Utah pick as well, that dude does some work!

What's the consensus opinion on how much the public will push the Purdue line on late Friday early Saturday? .5 to 1 point? Certainly won't move down I wouldn't think but worth waiting around till later in the week for somethin better than +3?

I was gonna wait too. I think it's worth a shot. If you see it go down to 2.5, just buy the hook. Just don't wait til Saturday, sharps could bring it crashing down (well besides all us sharps in this thread).

I don't know. We easily forget how WVU struggled against Maryland.
Also, Georgia loses their leading receiver yet the line moves down to -1.5 USC....weird.
