I think forbes valued them around 2billion. He just turned 1 billion from ea.

That price is a little low. But it may not be the price they are buying the whole company for..Just a huge share of the company. The recent purcahse that tencent (china co.) made into EPIC games is the big domino that fell recently.
I think this is NCsoft trying to keep up with the chins (jones)
