Who's your take on Rick's crew biting the dust?
Got to think they off a Season 1 guy or girl. So Glenn,T-Dog,Carol,Lori,Andrea or Daryl are left. I bet we see a death in the first three episodes. Also that clip of The Gov. chopping off something could it be "the scene?"

T-Dog and Carol are screwed.
I've never read the comic books, so I don't know how close they are sticking to them or anything... seems like Carol is pretty worthless now that her daughter is dead, and Glenn and Daryl are the two best characters so they won't likely be dying.
Or perhaps Lori... no one likes her anyway.

I've read a good bit of the comic, so I'll restrict my educated guesses to the content of this thread. Although CountingTiger has already cautioned about posting spoilers disguised as guesses, someone who knows will still post something that is perceived as being too much. Though this won't be an egregious offense (read: minor spoiler), some posters will blow it way out of proportion and the thread will devolve into a bitch fest for several pages where no intelligent discussion of the show takes place. Enjoy!

No. Was taken care of in season one. I don't think they'll do that on the show.

Agreed, though I think the show won't be an exact follow, more of a parallel. I think the Season 1 crowd is most likely threatened, including everyone's favorite crossbow bearer. It would suck cause he's awesome,but he's also got a lot going on this year. T-Dawg is like Ronnie on The Shield, he screen time will only go up.

 This is the kind of posting that I was referring to. I'm sure thatguy means no harm but mixing book readers with non-book readers has always gone bad quickly. Of course I'm under no delusions that it'll stop anytime soon. As usual, much blood will be shed.
For this reason I'm starting to look forward to the Walking Dead episode threads almost as much as the show itself.

Yeah, I'm gonna leave the post the way it is. There are no spoilers in my post. I left everything pretty vague. The thing is that the "show watcher" need to realize is that the show is A LOT different than the comic. So if people haven't already started reading the comics don't worry they'll be fine. Kirkman and the show runners have said countless time that they are trying to make sure that the show and comic are as different as they can possibly make it.
As far as what I spoiled for you, don't worry when you get caught up you'll realize I haven't done any of the sorts. The only reason I referenced 102 is because that's the number the comic is up to. And if you don't mind me asking what issue are you on?
