She can "feel" what others are feeling, or force people to "feel" what she wants them to feel.
Basically, I want you to be suicidal.. I can touch you and you instantly want to commit suicide. If you were really sad, I could touch you and make you feel better about life, and not worry so much.
She has the ability to show others (through double touch) what the other person is feeling.. by transferring those feelings across herself to the other.
Basically, she is a pusher like Nina - but of the feelings, not the actions.
