That's because the Bundesliga offers the highest quality football....and because the stadiums tend to bigger with lower average ticket prices.

True, but Camp Nou is the biggest by a good bit. Are Spain's economic problems keeping FCB from selling out their mammoth stadium? Let me go on record as saying I know nothing about the financial picture in Spain, so I may be totally wrong.

Logic dictates so.

That's what I figured, but I wasn't 100% sure. I have a habit of making definitive statements and later being totally wrong.

Dortmund blew out Barcelona too. Nice. Allianz Arena was just expanded so the attendance for next year will be closer to 71,000

I think everyone will agree that Liverpool would move up in the rankings if they ever got their new stadium at Stanley Park built. Anfield is just small. Which goes back to the because if only they had the money to get the new stadium.

Yes, this is why Bundesliga has such high attendance and it's something I certainly wish other leagues would follow. Serie A should certainly learn a lesson where you have completely sold out end zones across the league (where the tickets are cheaper) and half empty stadia everywhere else. However, Roma's American owners have only just now implemented the revolutionary idea of VIPs/corporations buying tickets instead of getting them free. . . Baby steps.

i saw some quote from the bayern board saying if they didnt have to share the stadium with 1860 then it wouldve been like 75 or 80k capacity from the start.

Stamford Bridge at 28. :wompwomp: If that Battersea Power Station site would have been captured I think a 60,000 seat stadium was in the plans.

When ranking by % of capacity, 9 of the top 15 are English clubs. 4 are German sides, 1 Dutch and 1 Spanish. Not surprising is that all 15 teams are in their respective top domestic divisions. In total, 45 teams have average attendance in excess of 90%. 1 FC Schalke 04 99.50% 2 Manchester United 99.46% 3 Tottenham Hotspur FC 99.44% 4 Arsenal FC 99.40% 5 Chelsea FC 99.14% 6 Borussia Dortmund 99.09% 7 Málaga CF 98.81% 8 FC Augsburg 98.69% 9 Fulham FC 98.42% 10 Manchester City 98.39% 11 Norwich City 98.21% 12 Stoke City 98.15% 13 Liverpool FC 97.74% 14 Borussia M-gladbach 97.55% 15 NEC Nijmegen 97.50%

I saw a game there. Decent atmosphere but TINY stadium. Lots of families. It's in the middle of a big park. Seeing Norwich on that list surprised me.
