The last time DarylJames made a thread like this on the SB....Freddy was called up in the Gold Cup and played really well.
That means FA is going to go off in October during the WCQ matches.

Probably because Torres has done slightly more than Adu in a US jersey, and that's saying something because Jose Torres has been wildly inconsistant for the USMNT.
Adu had one nice pass in the 2011 Gold Cup semifinal against big bad Panama.
AND he scored against Grenada in the 2009 Gold Cup.

He showed more in twenty minutes against Mexico in the final than JFT has in all his time put together.
He's been our most dynamic player multiple times.
He's not consistent, and I'm not saying he deserves a call up, but its revisionist history to say he hasn't done more than JFT, who has done zero.
