I personally think it was a 60-40 call, leaning towards penalty. My opinion.

I've seen a pic where it appears that Johnson gives Antonio a two handed shove in the back.

You can see the "push" he's talking about. You can tell that he is pushing him when he has two hands on his back in a still image!

Your link has a misleading title. It says "debatable penalty" in the title, when we all know that it was clearly a dive by Valencia. Johnson didn't touch him at all.
Does United gets calls a good bit? Yes.
Does United dive? Yes.
Was this 100%, no doubt, absolutely not a penalty? No. It was debatable, meaning you can debate it from both sides.

Antonio is an honest player. He easily could have gone down when he originally won the ball. For me that was the most impressive play of the match. The speed with which he recognized his opportunity and seized it was remarkable. As far as the penalty, if that had been Nani,Young or Wellbeck I'd suspect a dive.

I freaking hate it that this thread only gets posted in (mostly by rival fans) when controversy happens.
That's life as a United fan.
EDIT: 20...He was about to shoot when Johnson came in from behind. Was about to be a great individual effort. I really like him as a player.

Valencia is a good player. He knew what he was doing. Ashley Young has been one of my favorite players for years but unfortunately it's part of his game as well. To be fair, when Ash tried those shenanigans at Villa, MON sat him down and explained that it was unacceptable.

If he did I don't think Ashley was listening. I think Fergie understand that it's part of the game and accepts it while he publicly discourages it.
