this was the 1st team with a pulse that FSU played this yr and they gave up 40 at home but they'll go like 11-1 and inflate those defensive stats because they play bc, maryland, nc st, duke, etc the rest of the year

You posted that in the other thread so I will ask you again.., why is beating an arizona team that went 4-8 last year considered a statement? They were over hyped. Washington is better. I guess LSU can only make " statements" against top 10 teams

Here is one for you:
5 SEC teams in the Top 11.
Alabama plays one, whereas we get to play 3 of the other 4.
Yet, when we beat South Carolina and Florida when Alabama is beating more SEC bottom feeders, we will still be behind them in the polls.

they are improved b/c their coaching is improved. they already have a win against a quality team (OSU)
and Oregon beat the shite out of zona last night. Oregon beat them worse than we've beaten any team this year, essentially

But Georgia whipping Mizzou is Top 5 worthy compared to K-State beating OU?
I think you are confused as to which team perennially owned the Big 12.
(wait, it's you - and it's because Mizzou is now an SEC team...their Q-rating has been upped by the faithful.)

No big deal. We beat FL AT the Swamp and jump em again. Maybe its a "wake up" type deal to the team that they can't F around like they did at Auburn. The #2 team in the country doesn't make those stupid penalties and have those turnovers.
Next few games will be very telling.
AT #11 UF
then home vs # 7 USCe
