as a new S3 owner, my only complaint is, it doesn't have the feel of an expensive phone. There is no metal or Kevlar or even glass panels. But the panel does come off, and being able to hot swap batteries is nice.
Been a while since I had a phone where I could get to the battery without a guitar pick.

i have droid phone ,apple computers , survey skewed for dramatic effect.
I cant stand iphones simply on the principal and steve jobs just having a personal issue with flash. stupid

I dont get involved in the iPhone v. Droid battle but I really dont care about customization or my phone doing things 1/10 of a second quicker. I want my phone to work and be reliable.
My issues with the iPhone, not being able to play certain media and fragile glass..
1 of the 2 I can control with a case.
Or... maybe I just dont feel like learning a new OS/GUI

Im the only person with the htc one x. Its basically same as s3 without the plastic feel. I live it but i have cleanrom instead of cyan

. Actually it was a cool Billion. The judge will likely drop the damage multiplier bomb on Samsung and triple it to 3 Billion or more.
As to the OP. Meh i'm unimpressed. The only thing good in that way too long commerical was when Mom and dad showed up, clever and witty. Me liked that one zinger.
Oh say I can't wait to be able to touch my phone to another persons phone to exchange my play list. Just like I could do on my Zune five years ago. Shirley you have one of those collectors items laying around your Surface table don't you? Except I could do it wirelessly on my Zune from several feet way. I didn't have to risk the hanta virus by actually touching it.
But of course typical to highlight as something new and cool a feature they stole from another American company-- those copy catting Dog eaters. No less than I'd expect from a society thinks it's ok to slow beat a dog to death in order to terrorize it to flavor the meat. I mean, after all, even copy cats deserve a tasty treat.

just wait till Apple loses the suits with the Swiss, and everybody else who isn ow using their tacitics against them.
It's gonna be hilarious, because the only place Apple beat samsung in court was the US.
This is a global game, and Apple isnt looking like this is gonna end in their favor.
