I say yes. They have beaten the Seahawks and the Patriots, 2 teams that have won all of other their games this season by at least 20.
ETA: now we are 4-0!

49ers. Their defense is unreal and Harbaugh has Alex Smith looking like Tom Brady.

Exactly. It is the Niners and there is no team even close to their level of talent, and discipline. I am not a Niners fan, but they are impressive.
