I have not heard anything about protest linked to drones? Let's see Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Iraq, etc. are not protesting drone strikes. Let's distinguish Libya which was an attack with no current protest going on to my knowledge and the rest of the Middle East protesting?

Maybe so, I just want to narrow down what this is all about. I see a lot of people throwing hey-makers at Obama, but nobody really says what's being protested.
I'm not defending the President btw

Just saw video on CNN of people stomping the American flag in Yemen.
I almost feel sorry for Carney. He literally is having to turn chicken shite into chicken salad. Of course, he took the job, so.....

Honestly, no one has any idea. I feel as if the administration is trying to tie it to the video in order to avoid hurting the country's view of Obama's foreign policy capabilities. That's just my opinion though.
I don't think the video was the cause, but that is also just my opinion. I can't claim to understand those people and they seem to be able to find any reason possible to riot, do who knows?

What I am saying is that we have no idea what caused this and in order to avoid having this situation hurt Obama's reelection chances, whether warranted or not, they are playing up the angle of "it is due to an anti-muslim movie."
It may be due to Obama's policies. No matter what though, if a sufficient target for the blame isn't given, it would be tied to Obama, warranted or not.

Which makes it all the more egregious because instead of standing for the American values and our constitutional rights of Free Speech, they are blaming it on someone who practiced that right and are demanding the Youtube pull the video.
