I suspect that it will mean increased revenue.

If you wanted to control this, i would suspect a sin tax would be much more effective than this ban.

Aren't you a supporter of individual states rights? Isn't this just an example of our democratic process working? How is this any different than banning alcohol on Sundays or similar statutes that limit our "freedoms"?
