There is already plenty of evidence that it was Euron (woods witch dream, him showing up immediately after, etc) but I noticed a small one in an early Theon chapter in AFFC. Theon is worried on his return to Pyke about being murdered. Then he reassures himself that the only Greyjoys murdered on Pyke are killed by their brothers and both of his are dead. I felt like that was a subtle foreshadow of Balon's death thanks to Euron.

Only Rickon is safe. There will always be a Stark in Winterfell.

The person who I think is most likely to die is Sam. Just think about it. The whole last page was a discussion on where Sam ends up. It never crossed anybody's mind that he would die. Since he is so unlikely to die, I'm thinking he will. I'm just hoping he dies doing something heroic.

The Targaryns win the Iron Throne.
However, I don't agree with the more popular Dany + Jon = 4 ever.
My crackpot theory is that Aegon VI, Dany, and Jon will rule as a triumvirate. And they will unite the seven kingdoms in The Great Other's War. Which somewhat parallels the story of Aegon The Conqueror, Rhaenys and Visenya, and their three dragons.
Sansa will learn to play the game of thrones and may be part of this equation. She will be the downfall of Littlefinger. :irony:
Rickon gets Winterfell by default.
House Lannister will be wiped out. :irony:
Arya will never be Arya again.
Bran will take the place of Bloodraven.
Stannis is the last of the five kings to die. Lord Gendry of Storm's End?
Davos, the Cleganes, Theon, Jorah, Brienne, the Reeds, Doran, Arianne, Sand Snakes, Victarion, Euron, Asha, the Boltons, Connington, Selmy, The Blackfish: All die.

Who will rule what?
Vale - Harry the Heir, married to Sansa who is really running the show. Her son will be named Eddard.
Riverrun - Edmure Tully - still alive but prisoner at Casterly Rock
Casterly Rock - Tyrion
Winterfell - Rickon (the one everyone agrees on I think)
Storms End - Gendry / Arya
Kings Landing - ? Jon / Dani ? neither
Highgarden - I think the Tyrells stay in power here not sure wich ones are left though.
Iron Isles - Victarion
Dorne - Martells still in power
Beyond The Wall - wall comes down, but far north still land of the wildlings - Mance holds leadership, doesnt exactly "rule"

My theory, everyone dies, some are revived by one of the red priests roaming around, some that were revived die again, nothing good happens to anyone long-term, someone everyone universally hates becomes King, Yankees win another world series, GRRM is brutally murdered by feral twihards.

Let's see. My semi-educated/crackpot guesses:
- Jon or Aegon ends up in Kings Landing but I don't know that the capital stands. I think Samwell ends up back with Jon in some capacity. And Jon possibly takes Val as a wife (this would be a bonus).
- Dany dies, probably in some honorable good for the realm type way, and it happens via one of her dragons shortly after she finally reaches Kings Landing.
- Sansa and Tyrion end up back together in some shape or form and end up residing over at the very least Casterly Rock (I fear that Jamie ends up dying) and/or Harrenhal. Littlefinger gets outed by the Blackfish at Lord Nestor's feast.
- Arya and (I hope) Gendry ends up residing over Winterfell. But only after she goes on a bad arse assassination spree and gets Nymeria back.
- Bran becomes Bloodraven 2.0 and never leaves the cave.
- Rickon returns to Westeros via Davos but his recklessness does him in. Osha survives though.
- Theon ends up dying, also likely doing something noble (maybe taking out Euron), but Asha ends up ruling the Iron Islands. Victarion gets snuffed out by Morroqo or the Dusky Woman (I think she's in with Euron) who attempts to use the horn to get the dragons unsuccessfully.
- Stannis ends up at Storm's End after nearly dying in the snow outside Winterfell. At the very least he takes out some Boltons in the process.
- Cersei and Jamie die at the hands of each other. And likely after Tommen and Myrcella has been killed themselves.
