No kidding. Alejandro Guido made his pro debut yesterday. Y'all might remember him from the U-17 WC where he was one of the more impressive members of Team USA. LINK

I remember him. I thought he was impressive. Hope he keeps progressing and can push for a move to Europe eventually.

Daily Mail says Edu to Stoke is done. That said, take it with a grain of salt.

Bocanegra got a yellow card in 4th division. Jozy hit the post but didn't score. Cameron and Bradley went full 90 in their debuts.

AZ got hammered by Anzhi too. At least one American forward found the back of the net today.

For those who didn't follow the transfers yesterday, here is what we know: Gooch went on loan to Malaga for the year, which is sweet since Malaga is playing in the Champions League. Edu completed his move to Stoke where he will be #13. Boca got the F out of Dodge (see: Glasgow) and got a loan to Racing Santander for the year. They play in the 2nd tier in Spain. Dempsey moved to Spurs ( ) where he will be making BANK. Like, 7.4 million dollars a year, the highest ever for an American. Fulham received a 9.6 million dollar transfer fee.
