Considering their success in the last few years, they've been just as good as Duke. Whether you like them or not, they have been successful over the past few years.

This. They're not even remotely a powerhouse in my book. I'm sure Shady Scott Drew is telling everyone they're a powerhouse though and recruits are eating it up.

Hey HTF, I spoke with Victor for a short time at the AUG/ESJ scrimmage... He sat by AUG's new appointed Coach Mitch... Didn't want to reveal too much about recruiting, but is excited to announce something in the future...

Yeah, he's going to cut the list down to 5 is what I'm told. I haven't had a chance to talk to him or his dad yet, but if I find out anything interesting and if they don't mind me sharing it I'll forward it along.

LSU has offered Justise Winslow, who is a 5-star top 5 guy from Houston. I don't know if there is any mutual interest, so I am not adding him to the list yet. If he narrows down his list and LSU makes the cut, I will put him on. He is a 6-6 wing.

At least Johnny Jones is putting forth a lot of effort to try to increase the talent level of the team. I don't know how many of these top level guys he will pull, but he definately gets an "A" for trying though.

No idea how good he is, but Parkview Baptist (BR) has a ~6'8" guy that starting going to school there. I'm not sure how good he is, but he was obviously good enough to get the attention to transfer in.
I looked to get his name from PBS's website, but I'm sure he'll get looked at as we don't have many bigmen here in BR.

If JJ wants him (I imagine he would. 4*, 87th best in the country), I imagine he'd get him. Parkview is so pro-LSU, not a whole lot room for error.

this guy i run into at work says he has a 6'8" son that plays at East Jefferson who is a sophomore...anyone know who he is ?
