This is not the Soviet Union — this is the United States of America. That’s what I remember. Guess what?” he asked with a raised voice, “It’s a free. F**king. Country.”

If you read his biography, one of the often mentioned unique attributes is his staunch support of democratic policies which goes against the grain of traditionally conservative wall street culture.
I went to a speech of his earlier this year. Someone asked him how he felt about this democratic leadership. He said something along the lines of "the last couple of years have made me rethink my alliances"

A free America to Dimon means privatized profits and socialized losses.
