In past CFB Fantasy leagues I have played in, you would get a reduction if you were playing shitty teams. Same here?

I looked for the reduction setting for playing FCS teams but did not see it.
I don't think it is set right now.

Can someone explain to me how the 2 matchups per week would work?
Is it essentially 3 teams competing against each other?
Example:
Team A scores 150
Team B scores 125
Team C score 100.
Team A is 2-0, B 1-1, and C 0-2.
No?

Yes, for the league's that I have been in (NFL) they have been done like that. (I have actually played in league's with 4 matchups and it worked very well)
