Oh and I only ask about picking guys up during the season. I draft pretty well on my own.

Draft order a big deal to people who love certain players. If Youre are the tail it eliminates who Youre gonna get unless you are okay with reaching

That's the way I planned on doing it.
I will do the draft order generator where it emails everyone a spot, then whatever number you get (say I draw the 1st pick) I get to pick my spot.
