Why does the thread title say "suspected burglars"? They were loading guns into a van sounds like they were caught red handed

Because in this great country, the same one that allows a citizen to apprehend a burglar with an AR-15, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Please don't be so ignorant and hypocritical as to praise the use of one constitutional right and at the same time condemn another.

because it's just a simple "cover our asses" rule about media and publishing... Even if a person is caught on tape committing a crime plain as day, until he pleads guilty or is judged guilty by the court the media will say alleged.

Gun store owner was running an illegal gun ring and found out one of his boys was going to rat on him so he convinced him to fake rob his store so he could make an insurance claim. While he is doing that he shoots him and takes out any loose ends and has a cover story.
