CNN Slams "Outrageous" Anti-Romney 'Cancer' Ad; Team Obama Refuses to Condemn

Kudos to CNN for doing some research and getting the story right.

quote:

First, we learned that Mrs. Soptic maintained her own health insurance for several years after her husband's plant was shut down (two years after Romney left Bain), rendering the ad's implied timeline even less honest than originally thought. Every key detail in this damn thing is a lie or an intentional distortion. Unreal. Also, keep in mind that GST would have gone belly-up many years earlier if Mitt Romney's company hadn't intervened and invested millions to try to save it. The steel company deal ended up being one of the few unsuccessful investments Romney executed during his sterling private-sector career. Second, we discovered that Bill Burton -- who runs Obama's SuperPAC -- is actually trying to claim that the ad does not attempt to link Romney to this woman's death. Did he offer that answer with a straight face? If you find Burton's level of deliberate misinformation galling, you might want to skip this next clip, in which Obama campaign spokeswoman Jen Psaki refuses to repudiate the ad on three separate occasions:

Wolf Blitzer repeatedly calls the spot "outrageous," correctly asserts that it is "full of falsehoods," and even tries to shame Psaki into labeling it "repulsive," independent of whether the campaign is directly responsible for its production. She doesn't budge, grinning throughout the segment and pretending that Obama has nothing to do with any of it.

Isn't Carney supposed to comment on the ad directly today at the WH presser? I think he is

Pretty much what they always say when they spew shite and it backfires..

They will now educate us on what they "really" said not what we "really heard" they will explain that we just aren't smart enough to really get the message the ad portrays, that Obama speaks so smartly that the common man needs it explained to him/her.

Just about every family in America has a member who got fricked just like the man in the commercial.

Besides, it was a super pac. We can't control those, ha ha ha. (Romney).

Remember who was against them in the first place?

Which is interesting because these ads are "dumbed down" to be understood by anyone with a lone firing neuron.

SperPAC's hack piece, not obama's. candidates are not able to control SuperPACs, and are barred from even giving input to those who control them.

Let's cut to the chase, alright?

Is the ad honest or not? Does it tell the truth, ie this woman's death can be directly attributed to Romney?

I love how Joe Soptik has been pimped twice now by the Obama handlers. He was in another pro Obama commercial earlier this year lying his dick off just like he did in this ad.

Did he blame Romney for killing his wife, or did he blame the cancer?

Trust me, the ad speaks to everyone who had their jobs outsourced.

He defends the ad by saying, "That's how I feel." It's true because he "feels" like it's true.

There it is in black and white, your typical leftist. Facts be damned. It's all about feelings.

"former", yes. as in, he is not anymore.

SuperPACs are independent from candidates, they have to be.
