If you read the description, cop was in the wrong. Guy shouldn't have moved until it was resolved, but typical cop move. Especially fricking up the dudes door

That car was never on his foot BTW. If it was, he wasn't pulling it out the way he did.
He sure did a poor acting job with the limp.

what does that have to do with anything?? you can't hop in your car and take off while a cop is dealing with you and expect it to turn out good. what was the cop supposed to do?

How do we know they hadn't already tried to talk to the cop? As he's walking up, he says something to the cop we don't hear, but it seems like he's had enough of the cop.
I don't know if that happened or not. What I do know is that he didn't run over the cop's foot.
