Inglourious Basterds and I know because it's MY OPINION eta: and I probably prefer Death Proof over both Kill Bill's Bastards was loved way too much esp by people on this board, wasn't all that that being said, those 7 could easily wind up in my top 20-30

Pulp Fiction Inglorious Basterds Kill Bill 1 Reservoir Dogs Kill Bill 2 Jackie Brown Death Proof I really like Jackie Brown too, so the gap between PF and JB is not that large. Death Proof I don't really care to watch again.

I agree about Landa. Christoph Walch was amazing in that role.

I love both Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. I was torn between the two and used the Pam Grier tiebreaker. I'm the only person who actively despises the Kill Bill movies. But Death Proof is flippin' great. It's the best thing Kurt Russell has done that does not involve John Carpenter.

His scenes were pretty great, but isn't there literally like 30 minute scenes of girls talking about stupid shit? I may need to watch it again.

Yes, there were 30 minute scenes of the main characters talking before scenes of incredible action and violence. Sort of like Reservoir Dogs. Who cares that it was women instead of men doing the talking?

Pulp Fiction Reservoir Dogs Jackie Brown Four Rooms (for the 3rd and 4th room alone) Kill Bill saga Inglorious Basterds Death Proof Basterds gets a ton of love on the board, but I just never liked it as much as it gets credit for.

As time has passed....Jackie Brown may be his best movie to me as well. Its his most mature film and its extremely well done. Jackie Brown/Pulp Fiction Reservoir Dogs Kill Bill 2 Inglorious Basterds Kill Bill 1 Death Proof I still wish we saw a True Romance version directed by him. Im hoping DJango Unchained turns out to be his best... However it will likely be between Inglorious Basterds and Reservoir Dogs.

Apparently, in True Romance, QT had a separate ending from director Tony Scott's. Instead of the romantic beach scene at the end, Clarence dies at the shootout and Alabama is seen hitchhiking down a road as the credits roll in - very much more Tarantino like.

Haven't seen Jackie Brown 1. Pulp Fiction 2. Kill Bill vol 1 3. Inglourious Basterds 4. Kill Bill vol 2 5. Reservoir Dogs 6. Death Proof I've only seen Reservoir Dogs once a few years ago and should probably watch it again.

I'm sorry but Pam Grier isn't hot. I guess that's one reason I'm not in love with it as a lot of people. I knew you despised the Kill Bill stuff though and that still kind of blows my mind. Also, Kurt Russell was in Tombstone. Cornell, I mean Tombstone, ever heard of it? "The cowboys are finished you understand!? I see a red sash, I kill a man wearin it. So run, you cur! Run! Tell all the other curs the laws comin! You tell em I'm comin! And hells comin with me you hear!? HELLS COMIN WITH ME." Whoo!

I don't always agree with the love-fests on this board, but Basterds was a top notch movie. I saw PF in theaters on release and was intrigued, but it was over hyped at the time too. In retrospect, the hype dulled my initial taste for the movie. Now I've gotten over that shite and respect it greatly. As stated prior, Tarantino's dialogue is some of the best ever - although there is a lot of shock and hyperbole embedded in it, there are very few that come close to him.
